Play God Day is based on the idea of playing God.
However, while "playing God" is a phrase that usually has a negative connotation and can be considered blasphemous in many faiths, in this case, it's meant to encourage people to think about what they would do if they had the power of a god. What would they do for humanity? How would they help people?
Once you know what you would do, find a way to make it happen, even if it's something as simple as holding the door.
