World Octopus Day celebrates the versatile and intelligent creature known as the octopus. A Cephalopod family member, the octopus, is thus named because they have eight arms. But they also have three hearts and have existed for over 300 million years.
The Academy Award-winning film "My Octopus Friend" from 2021 is probably the best way to learn about these fantastic creatures, which can range in size from tiny to huge. Happy World Octopus Day.
