The Whisky Sour cocktail has existed since at least 1862, when the recipe was published in "How to Mix Drinks".
Whisky Sour is a sweet and sour cocktail with whisky at its base. In includes a sweet syrup and a citrus juice with an egg white, (to give it a frothy head).
