National Novel Writing Month focuses on the creative way to keep on writing.
On the first day of the month, participants write a 50,000-word novel that should be passed to the organizers by 11:59PM of last day of the month.
This event started in July 1999 with only 21 participants, but the number of participants have increased to over 50,000 a year.
The first novel ever written is believed to have been created around 2000BC.
