Disability Inclusion Month is a new event in 2021 designed to encourage employers, schools, and public spaces to accommodate the 1 in 4 people in the United States with physical or mental disabilities. These can be obvious, like wheelchair access, or hidden, like dyslexia.

That they feel safe in your environment
That they feel included
December is the second Disability Awareness Month annually, and the first is in October and focuses on making workplaces more disability friendly.
