World Alzheimer's Day mitigates the stigma of Alzheimer's disease. On this day, people are encouraged to wear the purple ribbon or wear the purple, make a donation to a local Alzheimer's chapter, create a purple product or sell Forget-Me-Not flowers to support the cause.
World Alzheimer's Day is an initiative of ADI. Each year, ADI seeks financial support to produce and distribute World Alzheimer's Day materials worldwide, enabling members to organize events in their different countries.
